Delivery:
Delivery time varies depending what option is chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 14 days incase of shipping delay.
We offer free shipping within the UK where stated, shipping outside of the UK may incur shipping costs.
For security purposes we only deliver to Confirmed Addresses.
What is a confirmed address?
A confirmed address has been established by paypal or card issuer as belonging to the paypal/card account holder. For example, your delivery address matches your paypal or card address. Please ensure your billing address details are up to date before purchase.
Same day dispatch orders depend on current stock levels and must be made before 3pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We use Royal Mail to ship our products, to track your item please go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your supplied tracking code for delivery status.
We are not responsible for items in the post.
If your item cannot be delivered to the address supplied you may be charged for additional delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to do their due diligence regarding customs charges and import duties when importing products into their local country.

Returns / Our Guarantee:
We accept returns on unopened tubs within 14 days of receiving the item.
